The 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is generally used for short term or unhosted rental where parties rent the entire apartment for themselves for groups up to 10 people, and is available year round.

Inquiries for rooms as bed and breakfast accomodations are also filled on a month or less notice to fill in the calendar year, especially during the slow season of January, February and July and August.
